1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Certain items like clearance products, gift cards, and personal care items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@yogazone.store with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or payment provider again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment service (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
